He is survived by: his wife Carol Sullivan; his daughters, Monica Shambaugh (Kathy) of Scottsbluff and Mary Mitchell (Eric) of Hebron; his sister Neita Hoins (Les); his grandchildren, Joshua Shambaugh, Colby Holtzen Mitchell (Stephanie), Michelle Campbell (Jake), Charlie Mitchell, Sarah Maisonet (Alan) and Erik Melvin; his great grandchildren, Kyson, Theodore Holtzen-Mitchell, Jackson and Samantha Maisonet; and his brother-in-law Roy Jensen.
