She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Mortensen and Lina Mortensen (Fredricksen); her husband Clarence; her daughter Sharon Thieme; and her siblings, Delores Aitchinson and Clayton Mortensen.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Simonsen (Deb) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Linda Fullerton (Bruce) of Superior, Nebraska; her son-in-law Gary Thieme (Joseph Thompson) of Phoenix, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jason Thieme (Tina), Melissa Marbut (Lance), Travis Thieme (Tonya), Janet Birkett (Justin), Derek Simonsen (Sara), Jared Fullerton (Rebecca) and Becky Fullerton; her great grandchildren, Parker, Elison, Madison, Chase, Kristyn, Christopher, Leila, Nicolas, Cameron, Lakin, Luke, Sophia, Kyalin, Bryler and Isabella; her great great grandchild Faith; and her brother Eldon Mortensen (Miyoko) of Pueblo, Colorado. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and a host of friends.
