He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Porter and Margaret Porter (Buschow). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Triplett; his children, Tammy (Greg Hanel) of Lincoln, NE and Ryan (Jacque) of Lincoln, NE.; his grandchildren, Camden Hanel, Kacey and Charlie Porter; and his siblings, JoAnn Currie (Dave) of Lincoln, NE, Dianne Porter of Omaha, NE, Deb Jones of Lexington, NE, Judy Schroeder (Tim) of Omaha, NE and Dr. Richard Porter (Gwen) of Ceresco, NE. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcome, but the family asks for donations to be made to St. Jude's Charity in memory of Jerry Porter.
