He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Campbell and Frances Campbell (Ketterl); his grandson Cody; and his siblings, John, Gary, Sharon Brownlow and Glenda Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Campbell of Stuart; his children, Rashele Campbell of Inman, Robert C. Campbell of Norfolk, Kurtis Campbell of Page, Kyle Campbell of Inman, Laurie Behrendsen of Omaha and Kelly Deweese of Omaha; and his siblings, Ivan Campbell of Stuart, Charlene Donahey of Grand Island, Angie Kopetjka of Yankton, SD, Denise Hayes of Oak Grove, MO and Cindy Campbell of Stuart. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
