He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bouska; his children, Dawn Timmerman (AJ) of Stuart, Terri Shearer (Rick) of Stuart, Scott Bouska (Denice) of Stuart, Gerry Bouska (Shirley) of Atkinson and Christi Bouska of Orchard; his brother Ron Bouska of Stuart; and his sister-in-law Brenda Wedige of Kearney. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
