He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ralph and Corinne Beverly Elkins (Wilcox); his grandson Tyler Anderson; and his son-in-law Loren Oberg. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Kassebaum of Stromsburg; and his children, Steven Elkins (Omeria) of Colorado Springs, CO, Sherry Oberg (Jay Mentink) of Stromsburg, Shelly Spickelmier (Jim) of Lincoln and Stacey Troester (Allen) of Lincoln. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
