He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Campbell and Mary Campbell (Maloney); his wife Ila; his siblings, John Campbell (Jack) and Donna; and his brother-in-law Gordon Gilbertson.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Steven Werth (Janet) of Surprise and Kevin Werth (Joni) of Yukon, Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Campbell of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
