Linda Sue Hengelfelt Obituary

In loving memory of Linda Sue Hengelfelt of Stromsburg, Nebraska, born in Salina, Kansas, who departed this world on November 6, 2024 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Franklin and Wanda Hazel Signer (Day); her siblings, Frankie Signer and Judy Cunningham; her brother-in-law Calvin Cunningham; and her nephew Kenny Cunningham.

She is survived by: her husband Alan Dale Hengelfelt of Stromsburg; her sons, Brian Gay of Stromsburg, Jeff Gay (Crystal) of Silver Creek and David Gay (Alicia) of Friend; and her grandchildren, Dawson Wild, Weston and Wrenley Gay. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the United Methodist Church (403 5th St, Stromsburg, NE 68666). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stromsburg Cemetery (1412 Co Rd 126, Stromsburg, NE 68666).
