She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Moore and Ester Faye Moore (Thomas); her husband Leon Haake; and her brothers, Kenneth and Glen.
She is survived by: her daughter Marcy Hohnholt (Jeff); her grandchildren, Josh (Ashley), Kyle (Sari), Bryan (Shalynne) and Brad; and her siblings, Dorothy Whitmore of Woodbine Iowa, Robert Moore of Minot and Curtis Moore of Sioux City, Iowa.. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Polk Senior Center.
