He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Walter and Rose Peetzke (Epp); his parents-in-law, Harry and Bernice Fox; and his niece Sandra Powell.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Staci Peetzke; his wife Shirley May Fox of Stromsburg; his sons, William Peetzke (Laura) of Aurora and Douglas Peetzke (Janet) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Jayson of Oshkosh, Mark, John of Omaha and Anastacia "Staci" of Wahoo; and his sister Beverly Powell (Mike) of Juniata. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
