He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brinkman and Lena Weber Brinkman; his sons, Wayne and David; his siblings, Donald, Melvin, Bernice Stout, Leona Wolters and Clarice; and his parents-in-law, Newton and Edna Parrish.
He is survived by: his wife Maud of Sterling; his sons, Norman Brinkman (Kathy) of Sterling Heights, MI and Marvin Brinkman (Vicki) of Lincoln; and his siblings-in-law, Faye Brinkman of Lincoln, Barb Miller of Lincoln, Mildred Carman of Lincoln and Richard Parrish (Rita) of Tecumseh. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
