We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2024, at the age of 79, Stanley D. Borcher of Sterling, Nebraska, born in Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Borcher and Glenda Borcher (Kalin); and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Hartman, Gary Neumann and Arleen Hippen (Clarence).

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Borcher of Sterling; his children, Glenda Wallpe (Ed), Carrie Vyhlidal (Steve), Patricia Shewmaker (Steve), Ken Borcher (Marlow) and Dean Borcher (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kalin, Miles Wallpe, James, Michael Vyhlidal, Molly Shewmaker and Garrett Lorenzo; and his siblings, Verona Neumann, Arlene Fell (Paul), Wanda Hartman, Donna Burr (Chuck), Esther Halbert (Richard), Ann Jeffrey (Mike), Sharon Borcher and Don Borcher (Marcia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
