He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Walters and Evalyne Walters (Reutter); his sister Nancy Walters; his parents-in-law, Calvin and Donna Lee Schutz McAuliffe; and his brothers-in-law, Mike McAuliffe, Patrick McAuliffe, Larry McAuliffe and Jim Horstman.
He is survived by: his wife Connie McAuliffe of Mary's Catholic Church; his sons, Travis Walters (Tiffany) and Jake Walters (Taylor); his grandchildren, Jaxen, Graysen, Drake, Henry and Charlotte Walters; his siblings, Richie Walters (Cherie), Carol Wusk (Alan) and Connie Walters; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Lempka (Chris), Kathy Schmit (Don), Denise Horstman, Jill McAuliffe, Joni Rathe (Joe) and Terry McAuliffe (Tammy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
