Walters of Sterling, Nebraska, born in Nebraska City, Nebraska, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Walters and Evalyne Walters (Reutter); his sister Nancy Walters; his parents-in-law, Calvin and Donna Lee Schutz McAuliffe; and his brothers-in-law, Mike McAuliffe, Patrick McAuliffe, Larry McAuliffe and Jim Horstman.

He is survived by: his wife Connie McAuliffe of Mary's Catholic Church; his sons, Travis Walters (Tiffany) and Jake Walters (Taylor); his grandchildren, Jaxen, Graysen, Drake, Henry and Charlotte Walters; his siblings, Richie Walters (Cherie), Carol Wusk (Alan) and Connie Walters; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Lempka (Chris), Kathy Schmit (Don), Denise Horstman, Jill McAuliffe, Joni Rathe (Joe) and Terry McAuliffe (Tammy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
