She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Clark and Donna Clark (Fryberger). She is survived by: her husband David Phillips of Sterling; her children, Sean Davis (Nicole), Stephanie Clark (Chris), Seth Clark and Jesse Phillips (Leah); her grandsons, Jace Lesiak, Braden Lesiak and Luke Hemminger; her brother Dan Clark; her niece Ashley Clark; and her parents-in-law, Gilbert and Sandy Phillips.

A memorial has been established to Sterling Public School.
