He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Glen" and Gladys Vice (Ramsey); his son Laythan Vice; his sister Darlene Bednorz of Gladys Lundy; his brothers-in-law, Leon Lundy of Wilda Halligan and Francis Halligan; his brother Howard Vice; and his son-in-law Stanley Berglund.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bragg.
