She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Frederick and Helen M. Frederick (Schroer); her son LeRoy Martin; and her brother-in-law Gaylord Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Arlen Bay of Stapleton; her sons, D. L. Bay (Cathy) of North Platte and Martin Bay (Angie) of North Platte; her grandchildren, Ezri, Eli and Orion; and her sisters, Vera Giffin (Bob) of Kearney and Mary Stevens of Polk. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
