He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kramer and Pauline Kramer (Day); his wife Dottie; and his brothers, Skinner Kramer (Twyla), Gene Kramer (Lenora) and Dennis Kramer.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Jean Kramer of Stapleton and Eddie Kramer of Stapleton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
