She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Molacek and Katherine Molacek (Frank); and her parents-in-law, Bob and Verna Chamberlain. She is survived by: her husband Mark Chamberlain; her daughters, Nicole Rus (Lance) and Mindy Furst (Jeff); her grandchildren, Josie, Adrianna, Jack, Carlee and Skylar; and her siblings, Cindy Fago (Jon), Dan Molacek (Kim), Patty Molacek and Jim Molacek (Pam). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great- nieces and nephews.
