It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Horst (Stanton, Nebraska), born in Scribner, Nebraska, who passed away on May 20, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Kurz and Edna Kurz (Pittack); her siblings-in-law, Charles Mayberry, Nila Hasenkamp and Shirley Horst; and her aunts, Violet Volpp and Leona Pittack.
She is survived by: her husband Gary C. Horst; her children, Ryan Horst of Wisner and Karen Petersen (Ivan) of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Marshall, Mason and Kendra; her daughter Debra Wegener (Eric) of Bassett; her grandchildren, Aleksus, Clayton and Landen; her brother Gene Kurz (Eunice) of Oakland, NE; and also Joan Mayberry of Brush, CO..
