She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Collins and Mary Collins (Swartz); her husband William C. Lewis; her siblings, Dorothy McClure, Helen Collins, Milford and Donald; her siblings-in-law, Victor McClure and Georgie Collins; her granddaughter Christine E. Hill; and her great grandchild Skylar Caudillo.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Lewis of North Platte, Randy Lewis of Fullerton and Jeffrey Lewis (Renee) of Bellwood; her brother Richard Collins; and her sister-in-law LaDonna Collins of Fullerton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
