She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Schlecht and Volanda Schlecht (Borgelt); her son Anthony Arthur; and her brothers, Dallas Schlecht (Anita) and Dwane Schlecht.
She is survived by: her husband Loren Tejkl, Sr. of Stanton; her children, Loren, Jr. Tejkl (Carey) of Stanton and MaLaine Strope (Boyd) of O'Neill; her grandchildren, Tucker Tejkl (Kylie) of Shelby, Cally Barnes (Brody) of Meridian, Tejlor Strope (Owen Smith) of Pisgah and Berren Strope of O'Neill; her great grandchildren, Weston, Cohen and Jack Tejkl; her sister Violet Voelker of Newman Grove; and her sister-in-law Shirley Schlecht of North Glenn, Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New England Congregational Church (805 Oak St, Stanton, NE 68779). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
