He is survived by: his mother Chrystal Gartner-Curtis (Doug) of Atkinson; his siblings, Ashley Bromwich (Ryan) of Seattle, WA, Natasha Johnson (Jordan) of Kearney, Ceara Curtis (Sam) of Lincoln and Levi Curtis of Atkinson; his stepfather Kevin Curtis of Amarillo, TX; his siblings, Michael Curtis (Krystal) of Norfolk, Kody Curtis (Sloan) of Kansas City, KS and Chelsea Curtis of Orchard; his grandparents, Roxanne Gartner of Chambers, Robert Gartner of Chambers and Darrel Bromwich of Grand Island; his nieces and nephews, Baylie Bromwich, Brydan Johnson and Tallen Johnson; his aunts and uncles, Robby Gartner (Andrea) of Chambers, Bob Bromwich of Grand Island, Rodney Bromwich (Kim) of Garland, Kim Henning (Mark) of Garland, Stacy Foster (Matt) of Connecticut, Letta Earll (Denny) of O'Neill and Wayland Kuhnel of Lincoln; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Jo Haffield, Virg Kingsbury and Butch Nebola (Sharon).
