She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Katherine Baker (Freese) and A. Gordon Baker; her husband Walter "Walt" McKinley Lentz; her son Burt; her brothers, Chesley and Robert; and her great grandchildren, Zachary and Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Eric Lentz (Michelle) of Missouri, Janice Beard (Bill Beard) of Lincoln, NE and Celeste Johnson (Troy) of Weston, NE; her daughter-in-law Susan Lentz of David City, NE; her siblings, Nancy Baker Holm of Bellevue and Gordon C Baker (Darlene); and her sister-in-law Judy Baker of Bellevue. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
