He is survived by: his wife Ann Spulak; his children, Brian Richter (Anne) of Battle Creek, Jerry Richter (Melinda) of Des Moines, IA and Rebecca Beach (Blake) of Stanton; and his grandchildren, Elisa, Allison, Luke, Bo, Gavin and Sky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
