He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle "Pete" Horwart and Cecilia Horwart; his brothers, Stanley Horwart and Norman Horwart; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Stewart, Don Overleese and Susan Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Connie "Davenport" Horwart; his children, Joseph Horwart (Natalie) and Amanda "Horwart" Lans (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Prestin, Lorelie, Anzlee, Liam Horwart, Hayden, Hunter, Hudson and Houston Lans; his siblings, Lynda Stewart, Terill Quattrocchi (Louie Sr.), Quattrocchi, Ron Horwart (Cheryl) and Doug Horwart (Jodi); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Horwart, Barb Overleese, Ella Porter (Alan), David Davenport, Jeff Davenport (Donita) and Dave Collins.
A memorial has been established in Bill's honor, and kindly suggested to the Stamford Volunteer Fire Department or to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
