He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sherman McCubbin and Ida Faye Cross. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy McCubbin of Odessa, Texas and Jackie Larrysa Erwin (Mark) of Odessa, Texas. He is also survived by three grandchildren; his siblings; numerous nieces and nephews; and close friends.
A memorial has been established in Jimmie's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
