She was predeceased by: her parents, Malvern Read and Neva Cushing (Lancaster); her stepfathers, Clyde Hooper and Clare Cushing; her sister Rose Ella; and her brother-in-law Robert Farris.
She is survived by: her husband Darvin Brannon of Springview, NE; her children, Michael Brannon (Cathie) of Martinsburg, NE and Dena White (Richard) of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Kyle James White, Eric Michael Brannon and Samuel Darvin Brannon; and her siblings, David Read (Sally) of Florida and Ruth Hale (Jim) of Nebraska City, NE. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
