He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Eilers of Waterbury, NE; his siblings, Ernie Eilers (Carol) of Spencer, NE and Linda Conzemius (Don) of Hartington, NE; and his children, Annette Feistner (Chad) of Mankato, MN, Audrey Schieuer (Michael) of Sioux Falls, SD, Ronald Eilers Jr. (Rachael) of Dorena, OR, Louis Eilers of Spencer, NE and John Eilers (Amber) of Sioux City, IA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
