Maxine Laura Thome Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 99, Maxine Laura Thome of Spalding, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Rosso and Laura Rosso (Taddiken); her husband Francis R. "Frank" Thome; her daughter Dianne McDuffee; her grandchildren, Shane Thome and Amy Collins; and her siblings, Everett, Erv, Milt, Mae, Geraldine, Irene and Nadine.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Thome (Julie) of Omaha, NE, Bob Thome (Charlene) of Omaha, NE, Bill Thome (Maureen) of Spalding, NE and Dave Thome (Shannon) of Spalding, NE; and her sister-in-law Marguerite Rosso of Scottsbluff, NE. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to St. Michael's Catholic Church or Spalding Academy.
