She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Valasek and Jude Valasek (Vandenberg); and her siblings, Mary Koenig (Valasek) and James Valasek. She is survived by: her siblings, John Valasek of Columbus, Victoria Ketteler of Petersburg, Margaret Lee of Lynch, Loretta Asche of Malcolm, Rita Hellbusch of Fullerton and Ann Peterson of Charlotte; and also Jacqueline Valasek of Albion. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
