It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Murphy of Spalding, Nebraska, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emmett and Margaret Murphy (O'Brien); and his siblings, Eugene, Cletus, Frank Murphy, Mary Alice McCarthy and Noreen Kearns.

Current Covid-19 DHM's in effect, including social distancing, will be followed at all services and masks will be required for those in attendance.
