He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Lauer; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Toni Lauer; his children, Candice Jackson (Frank) of St. Louis, David Lauer (Tiffany) of Des Moines, Daniel Lauer, Libby of Sioux City and Jennifer Lieber (Richard); his mother Shirley Michelle Windedahl (Stevenson); and his siblings, Julie, Trina, Michelle and Rocky. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
