She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur D. Garrison and Alma Garrison (Brigance); her great grandchild Kayleigh Ptak; and her siblings, Leota Holdridge and Gaylen Garrison.
She is survived by: her husband Leslie A. Ptak; her son Roland Ptak (Rochelle) of Sioux City, IA; her siblings, Rueben Garrison (Diane) of New Mexico and Shirley Vinir (Garrison); and her sister-in-law Ardy Ament. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
