It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley J. Munhofen of South Sioux City, Nebraska, who passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Burris and Rachel Burris (McCrory); her husband Kenny; her son John; her sister Amber; and her aunt Zola.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrance Munhofen (Linda) and Kendra Cigard (Charles) of Springfield, MO; her foster daughters, Vicky Greening (Paul) of Kingman, AZ and Toby Varvais; her daughter-in-law Sherry Munhofen; her grandchildren, Troy Munhofen, Jennifer Bulizak (Tim), Kristy Sindt (Rich), Robert Cigard, Tyler Cigard (Kristin), Rachel Justice (P. J.), Laura Coffman (Brandon), James Varvais (Reno), Timothy Varvais (Kristen) and Wendy Nebbia; her great grandchildren, Krystopher, Easton, Bryce, Zach, Lewis, Alexa, Brandon, Bentleigh, Audrey, Ava, Kaden, Zoe, Caleb, Tate, Teagan, Brylee, Kennedi, Austin, James, Nicholas and Brianna; and her great great grandchild Brielle.
