She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Heckathorn and Bonnie Heckathorn (VanCleave); and her brothers, Ty and Dick. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Frank; her children, Kim Buser (Kerrey) of Lexington, Guy Frank (Teresa), Russ Frank, Terri Keller of Central City and Lisa Nelson (Doug) of Jackson, Nebraska; and her brother Gary Heckathorn (Judy) of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
