He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol Evjen and Ethel Evjen (Hedeen); and his wife Bernie. He is survived by: his friend Gerry; his children, Kathy Zortman (Jim) of Dakota Dunes and Randy Evjen (Patty) of Sergeant Bluff; his grandchildren, Nick (Jill), Della, Zack (Dana), Kristy (Bryce) and Rachel (Casey); and his sister-in-law Elaine (Tony Dorau). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
