We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2020, at the age of 67, Rosemary C. McKinley (South Sioux City, Nebraska), born in Spencer, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Heller (Lois) of Spencer, IA and Lila Heller (Pixler); her husband Earl L. McKinley; her children, Ann Rosemeyer of Clear Lake, IA, Tammy Flint (W. Shane), Earl McKinley Jr. (Allison) and LeAnn Kilstrom; her grandchildren, JaKLyn Galley, Jessica Bates, Halie McKinley, Tori McKinley, Zach Kilstrom, David Frost, Kelly Rosemeyer and Taylor Frost; her children, April and David McKinley; and her brother Eugene Heller. She was also cherished by her husband were foster parents for over 30 years.
