He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Queen and Thelma Queen (Stansberry); and his sisters, Arlene, Marian and Charlene Queen.

He is survived by: his brother Leo Stansberry (Annette) of Sioux City; and his nephews, Gale, Dale, Mark, John, Jimmy Horan, Scott and Joel Walker.
