He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Goodier and Dorothy Goodier (Goodwin); his parents-in-law, Raymond and Midge Swanson; his grandson Brandon Eslick; and his brother-in-law Richard Stephan.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jeff Goodier (Marlis Watterson) of Sioux City, Sandra Schnoes (Robert), Lisa Eslick (Tim) of Sioux Falls and Raymond Goodier of Greeley, Colorado; his grandchildren, Joseph Schnoes, Adam Schnoes (Jeannie), Vanessa Goodier, John Goodier, Brianna Sullivan (Mike), Samantha Fristad (Matt), Amanda Goodier, Amber Elsick and Tyler Eslick; his siblings, Barb Stephan, Joyce Goodier and Gary Goodier (Becky) of Sergeant Bluff, IA; and his brother-in-law Robert Swanson (Cathy) of Storm Lake, IA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
