He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Newcomb and Lillian Newcomb (Coddington); and his brothers, Charles Jr. and David Newcomb. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Newcomb; his children, Angela Holland (Scott), Sandy Hagen (Chris) and Mike Newcomb (Crystal); and his siblings, Guy Newcomb and Elaine Davis. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City (4125 Orleans Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the River Hills Church (1101 5th Ave, South Sioux City, NE 68776).
