He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Dawn Shanks; his wife Cheryl Johansen; his daughter Laura Warnock (Rodney); his grandchildren, Katelyn Birch (Cory) of Sioux City and Nathan Warnock (Georgie); his children, Jonathan Johansen (Susan) of Oro Valley, Arizona, Jason Johansen (Lynn Kuehl) of Ponca, Josephine Johansen (Franklin Freerking) of Sioux City and Jessica Johansen of Sioux City; his great grandchild Mercy Freerking of Sioux City; his brother Conrad Johansen (Linda); and his sister-in-law Marcia Schroeder (Rex) of Sioux City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
