He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lane and Golda Lane (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lane; his children, David Lane (Robert Davey) of Ponca, NE, Ronald Lane, Dennis Lane (Erin) of Ft. Calhoun, NE, Cathy Fugleberg (Marc) of Papillion, NE and Susie Mogensen (Terry) of Ponca, NE; and his sister LaVonne Spencer of Sioux City. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Siouxland in Rich's memory.
