Polyxeni S. Pliakou Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Polyxeni S. Pliakou (South Sioux City, Nebraska), who passed away on March 4, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sotirios Plaikou and Aikaterini Plaikou (Margeas); and her spouse Vaselios Pliakos. She is survived by: her children, Peter Panagoitis of Greece and Dimitra Margellos (Tim) of Sioux City; her siblings, John Margeas (Thoula) and Sophia Linou of Greece; her grandchildren, Chris, Bill Margellos, Vasili and Jenny Pliakou; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Emily Margellos, Iris and Demi Margellos.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
