She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Thierer and Laura Thierer (Walters); her wife Claire Chalup; her siblings, Dale, Earl and Carol Dake; and her sons, Ron and Bruce.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Chalup of York, NE and Jerry Chalup of Dakota Dunes, SD.; and her brother Robert Thierer. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
