Maya was predeceased by: aunts and uncles, Corey Trotter, Nathan Tanner, Robert Luesebrink, Annastasia Luesebrink, Haley Tanner, Stephanie Wippert (Paul), Patricia Jean Keeton and Joshua Sargent; and great-great-grandparents, John Doyle (Patricia), Edgar Keeton (Dora), Sandra Luesebrink, Judy Brewer and Debra Tanner.

Maya is survived by: parents, Ashlee Keeton and Austin Tanner of Sioux City; sister Isabelle Mohr; grandparents, Consuola Luesebrink, Angela Tanner, Chad Luesebrink and Mateo Torres; stepgrandfather Todd Irish Jr; and great-grandparents, Stevie Stevenson (Candy), Maria Torres and Craig Tanner.
