She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Carter and Josephine Carter (Jonas); and her siblings, Harold, Howard, Ross, Ralph, Dorothy, Alma Jean and Jolene.
She is survived by: her son Phillip (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Benjamin of Lincoln and Abigail of Waverly, Nebraska.; and her sister Phyllis Engel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
