He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Hunt and Myrna Hunt (Pierce); and his siblings, Florence Hind (Bob), Ruby Peterson (Elmo), Thelma Smith (Lloyd) and Merlin Hunt (Barb).
He is survived by: his wife Ada; his daughters, Marie Wakefield of Sioux City and Monica Mattoon of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Danielle Bruggeman (Colton), Jacob Mattoon and Elizabeth Mattoon; and also Marv.
