She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Schroeder and Cora Schroeder (Johnston). She is survived by: her husband Henry Arends; her children, Scott Arends (Janette) and Pamela Arends; and her sister LaVonne VanEssen (Lloyd). She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
