It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavonne Rose Abelson (South Sioux City, Nebraska), born in Jefferson, South Dakota, who passed away on March 25, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Sr. Trudeau and Mabel Trudeau (Brubaker); and her husband Milo. She is survived by: her children, Michael Abelson (Mary) of Estero, FL and Sheri Kortum (Terry) of Sioux City; and her brother Frank Trudeau. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
