She is survived by: her husband Brent; her children, Dawn Dvorak (Dave) of Sioux City, Brad Hedlund and Jan Hedlund (Val); her grandchildren, Dawson Dvorak, Drew Dvorak, Ryan Hedlund and Garrett Hedlund; her great grandchild Cooper Hedlund; and her siblings, Clarence Smith, Harry Smith of Iowa and Patricia McNamara. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
